Did the lawns today and then later went for a game of golf, and let me tell you, I still feel like I'm on fire! Pale skin and hot sun do not a good cocktail make. I think I'll sleep in the bath tonight.

And to make things worse I'm going to the south of Italy in 2 weeks and it's about 40c there right now! I'm next to the sea, but still.... I'll melt.

This time cuz I can't get to sleep. I've been great recently for it, but right now I just can't get any shut eye! Think it's cuz of such a busy weekend and then sleeping so much on the Sunday... wrecked my sleeping habits.
