Hi to all. I am new here after only learning of the sites existence tonight. I am quite new to the area I live but have found a brilliant job and will soon start meeting new friends I am sure. If anyone has any tips on how to make new friends I am all ears!!

Hello and welcome to Chatties.

There's a good thread in Advice called 'Help' that has some advice on meeting new friends, but do feel free to start a thread in an advice specific to your circumstances.
