.... because he didn't rely on people listening to him and then using those hooks; he just wanted to make the best soundtrack that the film in question needed. That's why his music is so diverse. He's the greatest composer ever as far as I'm concerned. The rest wanked with their music.... he just was thinking about the film and not about himself.
