It is such a rip off.

It can cost anywhere up to £10 to watch a film although I think the normal is about £5.

Also you have to sit near other people whilst you watch it. I don't see the big appeal at all.

You can always wait until it comes out on film or box office.

Everything seems to be a rip off with cinemas. A packet of sweets can cost you at least £2.50.

A bottle of water is about the same too I'd imagine.

I haven't been in years, but for the people who do go, what do you enjoy about it?

The cinemas near us don't even allow you to take your own sweets/refreshments in with you, so on the occasions we have
been we just hide them under our clothes and scam them in.

No, I hate the cinema. I can never get comfy and think about fags all the time! There'snothing better than watching a film in the comfort of your own home and being able to pause it for refreshments/nicotine hits!

Exactly.

You go the cinema and you have pesky little brats throwing condoms and pop corn at you.

Yeah I like it, cant beat the big screen imo. Seats are normally comfortable, it's only about a fiver and most people are there to watch the film so it's not like they're being loud or annoying or anything.

Although once there were these bunch of kids who were talking and shouting being pricks through the whole film, the whole cinema was getting pissed off with them. That really annoyed me but it doesnt normally happen

Yeah the big screen is good.

Cinemas are greats for first dates, but I'd, personally, rather watch a film at home.

Just means if you don't see it at cinema you have to wait until it is online or on TV.

Last time I went to the cinema, my OH and I thought we were going to get the cinema to ourselves;we were the only people in there right up until the film was just starting, when a woman and her two daughters came in..

Do you know where they sat?? RIGHT next to us! I mean, WTF?? They had the whole cinema to chose from and they had to sit next to us..

They munched effing crisps all the way through it too!

It doesn't sound daft. If you'd have moved then the people would probably have thought they smelt or something.

Stacey.

Stacey.

Obviously people do like it but I don't much myself. D:

It's so much effort tbh when you can just be lazy and watch a film at home on tv or online. It costs less aswell. :')
